P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for United Western Bank and Defendants Charles Berling, James Bullock, Anthony Codori, Bernard Darre, Gary Petak, William Snider, Cindy Sterrett, John Umbaugh, and Scot T. Wetzel, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate to the dismissal of this action with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
